Jesse Schenck
Jesse is an aspiring artist local to Lake Elsinore. While growing up he drew inspiration from the most influential and imaginative innovators known throughout history of time and space. As the years passed by, he perfected a style that is distinguishable from the infinite talents of other developing artists. With a devotion to the mystique, he continues to create a peculiar collection of paintings and productions that captivate the perplexity of this questionable reality.

CEO Rebecca Esquibel
Rebecca Esquibel is the current CEO of STUDIO 395 Foundation and has been with the organization since 2012 in various roles. She attended the University of Southern California as a student at their School of Journalism and holds a certificate in Public Relations from the University of California, Riverside, as well as a certificate in Non-Profit Grant Writing from the University of California, San Diego. She is a local businesswoman with over 30 years of experience in corporate management, administration, and service.
For 12 years, she has been the organizing chair of STUDIO 395’s Dia De Los Muertos celebration, which is held in conjunction with Lake Elsinore civic and business partners. Additionally, she has written original theatrical material for performances focusing on cultural aspects of the holiday. She leads the group’s efforts in grant writing and works to assist individuals and organizations in transitioning to the non-profit sector. She is also a sitting council member of the Riverside County Community Advisory Council for the Lakeland Village area, which provides guidance on community issues to the District 2 County Supervisor.

Dru Bradford
Dru Bradford is part of the STUDIO 395 Foundation team and has served as a Financial Officer and Secretary to the award-winning arts non-profit since 2021. Additionally, she helps coordinate cultural celebrations like the Dia De Los Muertos events with The City of Lake Elsinore and art exhibits at The Outlets of Lake Elsinore including the Windows Art Walks and Muralist Festivals.
STUDIO 395 is subcontracted by the County of Riverside, CA to manage the Lakeland Village Community Center. For “The Village” Dru, as Facilities Manager, oversees its day-to-day operation including scheduling, programming, and managing staff.
Dru has been able to apply knowledge and experience gleaned from her multifaceted performing arts careers to advancing STUDIO 395’s objectives as an arts foundation that can inspire young artists and help them become professional. Dru’s careers include 25 years teaching performing arts and dance in the San Francisco Bay Area and 11 years in Oklahoma City as an IATSE (International Alliance of Theater Stage Employees) union officer and wardrobe supervisor for 30+ Broadway Musical Tours. Dru has a Master of Arts degree in Creative Arts Interdisciplinary Studies; a Master of Arts degree in Dance; and a Master of Science degree in Organization and Management with a specialization in leadership.

Jessica French-Large
Jessica is a dedicated and community-oriented individual with over 15 years of active involvement in various local organizations. Her passion for fostering community growth and supporting local initiatives has made her a valuable asset to the organizations she has been a part of.
As the founder of the Murrieta Arts Council, Jessica has played a pivotal role in promoting and celebrating the arts within the Murrieta community. Her vision and leadership have created opportunities for local artists to showcase their talents and have contributed to the cultural enrichment of the region.
In addition to her work with the arts council, Jessica has also taken on a leadership role as the founder of the Downtown Murrieta Merchants & Property Owners Association. Through this organization, she has worked tirelessly to revitalize the downtown area, creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. She is founder of Murrieta Market Nights, a 2-monthly market held on Thursday nights on the streets of Downtown Murrieta.
Professionally, Jessica is a seasoned business management & development consultant. Her expertise in this field has enabled her to provide invaluable guidance and support to businesses in Southern California, helping them thrive and succeed.

Gabriela Erickson
Gabriela Erickson has served on the Board of Directors of STUDIO 395 since 2021, though her involvement with the organization began much earlier—as a regular attendee of events and programming starting in 2013. Now serving as Chair of the Board, she is honored to lead a passionate team committed to driving meaningful change in the community.
Professionally, Gabriela has been with Quest Diagnostics in San Juan Capistrano, California since December 2001, where she currently holds the role of Training Specialist for the company’s in-house Clinical Laboratory Scientist Schools. A proud resident and homeowner in Lake Elsinore since August 1997, she has long been dedicated to local engagement and service.
Her volunteer journey with STUDIO 395 began in 2018, eventually leading to her appointment to the Board. A native of Southern California, Gabriela values the organization's commitment to community betterment and takes pride in contributing to its mission.
Her personal values are deeply reflected in her interests—she is a devoted advocate for animal rights and treasures the relationships she holds with her chosen and biological family.
As Chair of the Board of Directors, Gabriela is dedicated to fostering collaboration, encouraging innovation, and keeping the organization’s mission to serve the community at the forefront of every initiative. She considers it both a privilege and a responsibility to help guide STUDIO 395 toward a brighter, more equitable future, and is inspired daily by the commitment of those around her.

Lindsay McElroy
Lindsay McElroy is a resident of Lake Elsinore, CA by way of the Midwest. As a long-time appreciator of the arts, she is excited to be a part of STUDIO 395 and supporting local area artists as they express their creativity and inspire others. She previously was the co-owner of Main Street Candy Bar in Historic Downtown Lake Elsinore. Currently, she is working towards her Life Insurance License while she plays with her precocious Goldendoodle puppy, Mr. Darcy.

Jesse Lagoa
Jesse Lagoa is a Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Gang Prevention Intervention Specialist, artist, muralist, and educator with over 20 years of experience working with at-risk youth. After spending many years incarcerated due to addiction and gang involvement, Jesse transformed his life through a prison drug treatment program where he became a mentor, peer educator, and vice president of a youth program. Upon his release, he pursued higher education and dedicated his life to guiding others by speaking at prisons, juvenile halls, and community programs, using his personal journey to provide hope and direction to those facing similar struggles.
Growing up in a broken home, Jesse turned to the streets where he found temporary belonging in graffiti and gang life. His art became a means of emotional expression and healing—a tool he now uses to help young people channel their emotions in positive ways. Through his work, Jesse combines his counseling expertise and personal experiences to redirect youth away from drugs and violence, using art as a vehicle for transformation and empowerment under the message: Art Not Drugs.
